The pages on this site describe the appliance services Fast Action Appliance Service offers and give general guidance on what to observe and report before a visit. That guidance is not a diagnosis. Only a test on the actual appliance can identify a problem.
Nothing on this site instructs you to open a panel, work on electrical, gas, or water connections, or move a built-in, stacked, or heavy appliance. Do not do so. If you smell gas, see sparks or smoke, or notice a hot electrical smell, stop using the appliance and contact the appropriate emergency resource.
Service Scope
Fast Action Appliance Service services residential appliances and selected commercial equipment. The services page describes each category and its limits. Service is limited to the approved communities listed on the service area page: 43 communities across Middlesex County, Norfolk County, and Worcester County. A county name does not mean every address inside it is covered.
Whether a specific appliance and requested repair fall within scope depends on the model, the problem, parts availability, and safe access. We confirm fit before scheduling and will say so if a request falls outside what we can do.
Brands
We service all major brands for which suitable parts can be obtained. Certain high-end brands, including Viking, Thermador, Bosch, Miele, Asko, Fisher & Paykel, and Sub-Zero, receive independent general service only. Listing a brand indicates that we service eligible models of that brand. It does not indicate manufacturer authorization, factory support, certification, endorsement, or affiliation.
Scheduling
Regular hours are Monday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Same-day and after-hours visits may be available, but they depend on the current schedule, your location, and the equipment involved, and they are never guaranteed. Call 774-245-2349 to confirm what is open.
Pricing and Approval
A service call fee of $125 applies, plus $35 for the first 20 minutes or a minor repair, whichever comes first. The fee does not apply toward the cost of the repair. You receive the finding and the proposed price before any repair work begins, and the decision to proceed is yours. Please confirm the charges that apply to your visit when you call.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Check, Cash. Phone estimates are free. We do not offer financing or a membership program. Veterans, police, and fire personnel may ask about the 10% service-call discount.
Warranty
Completed repairs include a 90-day labor warranty and a 2-year warranty on most parts, unless a different term is stated for a specific part. Coverage applies to the work performed and the parts installed, subject to the service terms provided with the job. Warranty terms for repair work do not automatically extend to installation, haul-away, vent cleaning, or maintenance visits.
Form Submissions
Submitting the request form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly. Because this business books by phone, a call is always the faster path. Please provide accurate information so we can assess the request, and do not submit payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details through the form.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, graphics, and logo on this site belong to Fast Action Appliance Service or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Manufacturer and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Action Appliance Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for the workmanship of a repair we actually performed.
